SW UK is an ACCA-registered audit, accounting and advisory firm based in London, dedicated to unlocking opportunities for businesses across the UK and beyond. Founded in 2017, our firm is led by a team of five seasoned partners—three in audit, one in client service, and one in tax—each bringing over 25 years of experience, including backgrounds with the Big Four. Together, we deliver tailored financial solutions designed to drive growth and success.​

Fei Mian Foo

Manager

About

Fei is currently serving as a Manager at SW UK. He is an ACCA-qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in audit and accountancy, having worked with several mid-sized firms. His expertise covers a broad range of small and medium-sized companies, with a strong focus on the preparation and finalisation of statutory accounts across various industries. He is responsible for planning and coordinating audit assignments to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations. Fei also has extensive experience in corporation tax, tax return filings, and PAYE compliance.

Freida Wu

Manager

About

Freida Wu is an ACCA-qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics (Management). She has delivered professional financial services to over 70 clients, demonstrating strong expertise in both UK GAAP and Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS).

Freida has participated in more than 20 audit projects, supporting project managers in delivering high-quality outcomes. She has also led and completed statutory audits for over 20 clients, ranging from SMEs to mid-sized groups, ensuring full compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS. Her experience spans annual audits and advisory services for foreign-owned enterprises and listed companies in China.

She is currently working as a Manager at SW UK, where she continues to apply her technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver exceptional audit and assurance services.

Partha Ghosh

Chairman and Audit Partner

About

Partha Ghosh is a distinguished finance professional with extensive global experience and multiple professional affiliations. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also an Associate Member of the UAE Chartered Accountants Group, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, London. Partha holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenses from the Alaska State Board of Accountancy and the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA, and is a CPA with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also submitted his application to the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. With over twenty-one years of experience as a Partner with PwC India and having served across multiple PwC global offices, Partha brings extensive audit expertise, strategic acumen, and proven leadership to his professional engagements.  

He currently serves as an Audit Partner at SW UK, where he continues to deliver high-quality professional services grounded in technical excellence, leadership, and integrity.

Ujjal Ghosh

Tax Partner

Ujjal Ghosh has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1992. Over the years, he has gained extensive professional experience working with reputed organizations such as IFB Industries Ltd, European Fine Blanking Ltd, and Bluestone Group in Birmingham.

In recognition of his international expertise, Ujjal became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and obtained his Certificate of Practice in January 2011. He further enhanced his professional credentials by becoming a Fellow Member of the Association of International Accountants (AIA) in 2013.

With a career spanning over three decades, Ujjal possesses a deep understanding of both industry and practice, with specialization in tax consultancy and planning, accounts production, financial and forensic accounting, VAT, payroll, and import-export services.

He currently serves as a Tax Partner at SW UK, where he continues to provide expert guidance to a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory environments with precision and integrity.

Julie Wilson

Client Service Partner

She has over 25 years’ experience as a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) in practice specialising in taxation and auditing. She enjoys acting for a mixed portfolio of clients from Alternative Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Consulting, financial services, subsidiaries and branches of foreign entities.

She previously served as a Responsible Individual within the firm and currently serves as the client service Partner & Director of the firm and is part of the Board of Directors

Julie’s experience includes:

  • Worked in a world top 20 accounting firm for 8 years as audit partner.
  • Having excellent practical accounting knowledge for both UK and Chinese business environment.
  • Handling tax investigation with expertise and providing Tax planning to high net worth individuals and international employees.

Julie is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge to students as she often gives free lectures.

Dipak Patel

Audit Partner

Dipak graduated with Honours in Accountancy and Finance from Lancaster University Management School, UK. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was a founding member of the Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Dipak began his career as Group Tax Manager at Barclays Bank Plc, where he gained extensive experience in corporate taxation, financial management, and strategic planning.

For over two decades, he served as the Managing Partner of Parker Lloyd Chartered Accountants, a well-established audit and advisory firm based in Kensington, London. Under his leadership, the firm delivered a comprehensive suite of professional services—including audit, tax, accounting, and business advisory—to a wide range of clients across various industries.

Dipak now brings his wealth of expertise and leadership to SW UK, where he serves as an Audit Partner, continuing his commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused service.

Nijendra Dhungana

Audit Partner

Nijendra Dhungana is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). His areas of expertise include audit and assurance, financial due diligence and designing SOPs. He also carries a rich experience in Internal audit and advisory services. In his over 18 + years of experience, he has worked with big accounting firms and has extensively worked on audit assignments of companies from various sectors including pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Retail, etc. 

He currently serves as an Audit Partner at SW UK, where he continues to apply his extensive technical knowledge and industry experience to deliver insightful, high-quality assurance and advisory solutions to clients.

Ming Luo

Senior Manager

Ming is a senior audit manager in our London office. She has over 20 years’ experience working with clients spanning the range from small businesses to international groups and listed companies in a number of different sectors including renewable energy, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, gaming, manufacturer, telecommunication. She has a wealth of experience in audit, financial reporting and corporate finance services. Her qualifications as both a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and Certified Public Accountant (China) allow her to provide overseas group audits and cross border reporting in both UK ( UK GAAP) and international accounting standards (IFRS). 

Chinmay Jadav

Senior Manager

Chinmay is a member of the ICAI and DISA, and a Commerce Graduate. He has worked with a Big Four firm for 19 years, where he served as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance practice. Chinmay has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including Logistics, Power, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Retail, Banking, and Real Estate.
He brings expertise in IND AS convergence and UK GAAP assignments. During his career, Chinmay was seconded to PwC UK for four years, where he worked on HSBC and Santander Bank statutory audits and was part of the PwC Central of Excellence (COE) team focusing on Pensions (IAS 19) and Share-Based Payments (IFRS 2) audits.
Currently, Chinmay serves as a Senior Manager in the UK, continuing to contribute his deep technical knowledge and industry experience to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services.
